Dr. Michael Saperstein, Managing Partner

Michael Saperstein is a Managing Partner at Ramer & Saperstein responsible for acquisitions and capital markets for the company.  Mr. Saperstein holds a B.A. from Brooklyn College and a D.D.S. from NYU College of Dentistry.

 

Adam Ramer, Managing Partner

Adam Ramer is a Managing Partner at Ramer & Saperstein, responsible for finance and legal affairs for the company.   Mr. Ramer holds a B.S. from Vanderbilt University, a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a M.S. in real estate finance and investment from New York University. 

 

Eytan Saperstein, VP of Acquisitions & Development

Eytan Saperstein is the VP of Acquisitions & Development at Ramer & Saperstein.  Prior to R&S, Mr. Saperstein was a Project Manager at The Chetrit Group working on the redevelopment of the Sony Building at 550 Madison.  Previously, he was on the development team at Forest City Ratner Companies.  Mr. Saperstein holds a B.A. from Tufts University, and a M.S. in real estate development from New York University. Mr. Saperstein is a competitive lacrosse player.  At Tufts, he was an All-American and the Team Captain of the 2010 NCAA Division III National Champion Lacrosse Team.  He also represented Team Israel at the 2014 World Lacrosse Championships.

 

Ben Saperstein, VP of Construction & Asset Management

Ben Saperstein is the VP of Construction & Asset Management at Ramer & Saperstein.  Prior to R&S, Mr. Saperstein was a Project Manager at Empire Management.  Mr. Saperstein holds a B.A. from Tufts University, where he was a member of the 2010 NCAA Division III National Champion Lacrosse Team, and a M.S. in construction management from New York University.

In Loving Memory of Dr. Mark Ramer

Mark Ramer, as a Managing Partner at Ramer & Saperstein, was a passionate leader of the firm for four decades. In addition to his responsibilities of overseeing the asset management operations of the company, Mark was truly visionary in leading the overall direction of the firm. He defined the investment philosophy that continues to yield impressive results for Ramer & Saperstein to this day.

Mr. Ramer was the long-serving President of the Jewish Center of Atlantic Beach and the President of J.C.C. Global.  He was also a Board Member of the Jewish Education Project and the Israel Air Force Foundation.

With every step forward, Mark will always be in our memory.
